  • Tracking details are shared after AWB/tracking number generation where available.
  • Delivery timelines depend on destination pincode, courier serviceability, and courier operations.

Customer responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address, pincode, phone number, and email address.
  • Extra charges or delays caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or re-routing may be charged to the customer.
