Use these instructions to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data connected to i7 Solutions, ArthBooks, or our Meta/WhatsApp app integrations.
How to request data deletion
- Contact i7 Solutions through WhatsApp, phone, or email and mention that you want a data deletion request.
- Include your name, phone number, email address, and any related order or service reference if available.
- We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect customer and business records.
What can be deleted
- Optional profile, enquiry, marketing, or app-related contact data can be deleted where legally permitted.
- Order, payment, invoice, shipment, warranty, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained for required periods.
- If full deletion is not possible, we will limit retained data to the minimum needed for legal, accounting, support, or security purposes.
Processing timeline
- We aim to review privacy requests promptly after receiving enough information to identify the relevant records.
- Deletion from third-party systems such as payment, courier, Meta/WhatsApp, or support providers may depend on their own processing timelines.
