Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for i7 Solutions ecommerce orders.

Cancellations

  • Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch by contacting i7 Solutions with the order number.
  • After dispatch, cancellation depends on courier status, product type, and whether the shipment can be recalled.
  • Custom PC builds, special-order items, and service-related items may not be cancellable once work or procurement has started.

Returns and replacements

  • Wrong, damaged, or defective items should be reported promptly with order details, photos/videos, and packaging condition.
  • Return/replacement approval depends on product condition, warranty terms, serial number verification, and inspection.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, invoice, and serial labels where applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another agreed method where applicable.
  • Payment gateway, bank, or wallet settlement timelines may vary after i7 Solutions initiates a refund.
  • Shipping charges, payment gateway charges, or handling charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
