- GST Certification: I/We hereby certify that my/our registration certificate under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Bill / Cash Memo / Invoice has been affected by me/us in the regular course of my/our business.
- GST Invoices: Yes, we provide proper GST invoices against all the products. We do not sell a product without a GST invoice.
- Company GST No.: If you need your company’s GST No. on the invoice, kindly mention the same in the comment box while placing your order.
- GST Certificate: To include your company’s GST No. on the invoice, you will need to provide the 3 pages of the GST certificate of your company for the GST invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policies:
Domestic Shipping: For our domestic buyers, we rely on registered domestic courier companies and speed post services. Your order will be shipped within 15 working days from the date of order placement or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation. Please note that the actual delivery of your shipment is subject to the norms and policies of the respective courier company or postal authorities.
Delivery Timeframe: i7 Solutions strives to dispatch your order promptly. However, we want to clarify that we are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over your consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of your order and payment, or as per the mutually agreed delivery date during order confirmation.
Delivery Address: We deliver all orders to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card information unless specified otherwise at the time of order placement.
Payment Process: i7 Solutions is pleased to offer a secure and efficient payment process through EBS, accepting all major credit cards.

Delivery Confirmation: For our services, the delivery will be confirmed via the email address provided during registration. Calculating Delivery Charges for Multiple Units and Some Products
We understand the importance of transparent pricing. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the product. When you order multiple products from the same category, our system calculates the total weight of all units in your order and applies a single delivery fee.
Here’s an example: If you order three items with individual weights of 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms, our system combines these weights and charges a single delivery fee. In this case, you will be charged a single delivery fee for a consignment weighing more than 500 grams but less than one kg. You won’t be charged separately for three different consignments weighing less than 500 grams each. This ensures fair and cost-effective shipping.
Please note that the weight-based delivery charge is factored into the product cost during the payment stage, making the process seamless and transparent for our customers.
4.3. Import Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply to your order.
Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges.
5. Returns and Refunds
We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. To facilitate a smooth returns and refund process, please read and understand the following policies:
5.1. Eligibility for Return and Refund
We accept return and refund requests under the following circumstances:
Product Condition: You may request a return or refund if:
- The product delivered by us is in damaged condition.
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product is in a dead condition. For “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) products, it is essential for the buyer to ensure that all the parts and accessories of the product are present in the box that comes with it. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance as a DOA case and will be treated as an RMA.
- The product is found to be defective upon receipt.
Unboxing Video: Buyers are required to submit an unboxing video recording on the same day the product is received. This video recording is essential in case of any dispute with the order to claim a return or refund. Please note that if the seal of the product is opened and the product is found to be in non-faulty condition, a return will not be applicable.
5.2. Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with warranties from the manufacturers, please direct any complaints or issues to the respective manufacturer’s warranty service center.
If the product has a manufacturer warranty and it is used for even one day and subsequently becomes defective, we hold no responsibility for its repair or replacement. In such cases, customers are required to initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process directly with the manufacturer’s service center.
Please note that we are not responsible if the manufacturer’s service center is not located near your area or if there is no service center available in your area.
If the customer requests us to facilitate the product replacement on their behalf, please be aware that this service will be chargeable. Additionally, the customer will need to send the product to us, and they will be responsible for covering all inbound and outbound shipping charges associated with the replacement process.
5.3. Discrepancies with Product
If you believe that the product received does not match what was shown on our site, kindly notify our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision. However, if our product is free from any defects or issues, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or altered after the invoice is generated.
5.4. Refund Process
- If payment was made through our payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account used for the payment.
- In the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued only to the buyer’s bank account.
- Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to reflect in your account.
5.5. Order Cancellations and Refunds
If the order is canceled by the buyer, the following conditions apply:
- Both side shipping charges (if the product is already shipped) will be deducted from the order amount.
- A 2%+GST payment gateway charge (if applicable) will be deducted from the order amount.
- A refund will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as we have shipped it.
5.6. Gaming Chairs
For gaming chairs, please note that only replacement is applicable. No refunds will be provided for gaming chairs.
6. Warranty
Many of our Products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific warranty terms provided with the Product for details.
We disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied.
Physical damage/mishandling of products/Tampering with warranty stickers by the buyer will void the warranty of the product.
Additionally, it’s important to note that all products sold by us require a technically qualified PC Hardware engineer for installation.
6.1. Carry-In Warranty
All products sold by us come with a carry-in warranty. It’s important to note that under this warranty:
- Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges (both to and from the service center) for warranty-related service.
- Direct Warranty: When the terms “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned, it signifies that the warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer or Distributor.
- Documentation: To initiate warranty service, we kindly request our customers to provide a copy of our invoice and delivery challan. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs.
- Physical Damage: Products eligible for warranty repair or replacement must be free from physical damage. Any product with evident physical issues such as broken or burnt pins, pen or pencil markings, cracks, missing or tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be rejected, and the warranty will be deemed void under these conditions.
- Exclusions: Please be aware that warranty coverage does not extend to damages resulting from mishandling of equipment, including but not limited to issues caused by lack of knowledge, improper handling, electrical problems, etc. The warranty applies under normal operating conditions where no such damage would have occurred.
- Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
- Local Service Centers: In cases where the manufacturer has a local service center, customers must directly approach the service center with their purchase details for warranty-related matters.
- Repair or Replacement: Products covered by warranty will either be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy.
- Accessory Requirement: When submitting a product for warranty service, please ensure it includes all accessories, manuals, software CDs/DVDs, and the original outer box packing. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims if these items are missing.
- Service Litigations: Any service-related disputes or problems must be addressed directly with the manufacturers, distributors, or the official company dealer. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from warranty service.
- Payment Requirement: Warranty service will be provided only when the full payment has been made on or before the due date.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. General Limitation
Our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase and use of Products or your use of the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the Products.
7.2. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
8.1. COD Terms
We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience.
Please note that, for COD orders, a confirmation call is mandatory before processing your order.
Either you will receive a confirmation call from i7 Solutions, or you can take the initiative to call us at 9833838200 / 55 to confirm your COD order. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation call from our side and you also do not call to confirm your order within 3 working days after placing it, the order may be treated as canceled. We highly encourage customers to ensure timely confirmation to avoid any inconvenience.
Only after the completion of the confirmation call will your order be processed and sent for shipping.
Please note that no courier person will allow any customer to check or open the product package before COD payment or even if the order is prepaid.
8.2. COD Charges
COD charges of 2.5% of the total order value are already added to the cart. Kindly make a note of this additional fee.
8.3. Order Value Limit
COD is only available for cart values below 50,000 INR.
8.4. Delivery Time
If you require the product within a specific time frame or must cancel the order if not received within that time, we recommend not choosing COD.
Please be aware that delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
The minimum delivery time is 4 to 5 days for all major cities and towns, while the maximum delivery time is 15 days.
8.5. Commitment to COD Orders
We kindly request that you only choose COD if you are 100% committed to receiving the product.
In the event of a cancellation after shipping, both shipping and return charges to the courier will be borne by us.
